Please also see a newer post with a newer alternative to get some sleep: Somewhere New to Sleep in NAIA T3
I tend to land in Manila late afternoon, and then get stuck there overnight while I wait for my early morning domestic flight. This is not a pleasant experience, as anyone who has tried to get some sleep in an airport terminal will know.
But I’m going to let you into a little secret. There is a wonderful spa in the food court of terminal 3 that offers a lounger style bed to sleep on at a reasonable rate. It has a communal room full of loungers where you can grab some much needed shut eye, and or a massage as well. The room is darkened an quiet, and even if you can’t manage to sleep at least you can stretch out and get comfortable.
S M Kenko Spa is a great place if you have a gap between flights and need to get some sleep. It’s only P450 for 5 hours on a bed. You can even have a shower for P250.
Night time packages come with included breakfast at P450 for 3 hours or P650 for 5 hours. And the breakfast is not to bad at all including a quality cup of coffee. The image below shows what I had but there are many options.
It’s located landside (the area of the terminal open to both people travelling and their well wishers before going airside where the gates are) in terminal 3 on the 4th floor.
